Shipping and returns
Concept products are not currently available for checkout. The policies below describe the service standard planned for the live collection and will be updated with final rates and delivery regions before sales begin.
Order processing
In-stock orders will enter processing after payment confirmation. Fragile tableware and sharp culinary tools will be packed using product-appropriate protective materials.
Delivery inspection
Please inspect the parcel and products promptly after delivery. For breakage, missing pieces or incorrect items, retain the product, packaging and shipping label and contact us with clear photographs.
Returns
Unused, unwashed products in complete original packaging will be eligible for return within the return window published at launch. For hygiene and safety reasons, used tableware and knives that have been used, sharpened or altered cannot normally be returned unless defective.
Return shipping
When an item is confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied, Astral Mars will provide an appropriate resolution. Change-of-mind return costs and procedures will be stated clearly before checkout when sales open.
